On Boarding with Tubelight


For the on boarding process

To initiate the account creation process, either send an email request to Tubelight Communication at hello@tubelightcommunications.com or reach out to the Tubelight sales team via the provided IVR number, 75894 75894.

Step 1: Sign in using your correct credentials.

Step 2: Open the Tubelight Dial Pad by selecting the highlighted "TubelightCommunication" option with a click.

Step 3: Select the "Ticket" option to access all available tickets. Additionally, you can also make calls using other available numbers.

Step 4: Before clicking on the phone number to initiate the calls, ensure that your Tubelight Dialpad is in the "online" state. Once this is confirmed, clicking on the phone number will automatically open the dialpad with the ongoing call. And click on the phone number to initiate the call

Step 5 : The following screen will open after the call has been initiated.

Step 6 : After the call is disconnected, the disposition screen will appear. You can select the disposition and add comments about the call in the comment section as well.

Step 7 : Following the disposition, you will find all the call logs in your freshworks CRM.
