  1. Agent to login to Kylas Sales Panel. Click on the four dot icons and then select Tubelight Phone. This will open the Tubelight Agent panel.

  1. Click on the 7 dot icon to go online. Go Online by clicking on the ‘Go Online’ button

a) Initiate calls in the following two method;

i) either manually entering the number in the window

b) Using uploaded data by clicking on the ‘Preview Tab’. This will display the next in line number along with the name. The agent may choose to dial the number or skip it. Skipping will show the next number.

c) Or Call back the numbers which have been earlier disposed as ‘Call Back’
