Step A: On boarding Tubelight Communications on SalesForce CRM.
To activate Tubelight Services on Salesforce, the first step will be to activate your Tubelight communications account. To initiate the account creation process, either send an email request to Tubelight Communication at hello@tubelightcommunications.com or reach out to the Tubelight sales team on +91 75894 75894.
Step B: Installation of Tubelight services on Salesforce.
Once you have activated the Tubelight Communications account, to facilitate installation of your Tubelight cloud telephony panel on Salesforce kindly provide your Salesforce account details to the Tubelight team with your Salesforce account details. We will proceed with the installation on your sandbox account. Once it is done, you may test the services and on confirmation of successful testing, we will deploy it to your Salesforce account for use.
