Click to Call - Outbound

  1. To start using Click to Call services, the user has to first ‘Go Online’ in the Tubelight Panel. To do this the user will have to first login to the Tubelight Panel using the credentials sent by the Admin.

  1. Users should then log on to Zoho CRM. Users will notice that the Click2Call icon is enabled for the Zoho user aside every contact in users list. When an outbound call is initiated, by clicking on ‘Call’ icon, a pop-up will appear, displaying the available information of the number.

  1. In case the user is not logged on to Tubelight they will get the following error. The user has to follow step 1 to go online
